No Brandon Sanderson, Patrick Rothfuss or Jim butcher? I have enjoyed several series on your list but to omit all of this authors seems wrong. If you have not read any of these authors I encourage you to explore them and then re visit this list.

The best epic fantasy of all time is my Trilogy (2019) called … (silence, suspense) … because one of the two main heroines is exactly like you, only that his hair is black.
Why is it the best ever written? (I must clarify that it is already finished and in the process of correction) … is the best because everything that relates “is happening” and the epic and magical future that describes “is happening.”
It is the true story of the future of human kind. It is almost a scientific thesis with light airs of LOTR and Star Wars, but very different, because it is completely “real”.

For that look to a song of ice and fire, lord of the rings, the king killer chronicles, the wheel of Time series, or the sword of truth series or literally any actual epic fantasy.
