“Mind Hacking” Book Review

So, recently I bought this book so I could read, even though I knew it from a long time. I’ve interviewed the author of the book right before he released it, back then…

However, I did not have the opportunity to read the book, until now. At the beginning, I need to confess I thought it was a bit basic… But I must confess it really changed my mind.

Here is the book description, extracted from Amazon:
“Have you ever wished you could reprogram your brain, just as a hacker would a computer? In this 3-step guide to improving your mental habits, learn to take charge of your mind and banish negative thoughts, habits, and anxiety-in just 21 days!

A seasoned author, comedian, and entrepreneur, Sir John Hargrave once suffered from unhealthy addictions, anxiety, and poor mental health. After cracking the code to unlocking his mind’s full and balanced potential, his entire life changed for the better. In Mind Hacking, Hargrave reveals the formula that allowed him to overcome negativity and eliminate mental problems at their core.

Through a 21-day, 3-step training program, this book lays out a simple yet comprehensive approach to help you rewire your brain and achieve healthier thought patterns for a better quality of life. It hinges on the repetitive steps of analyzing, imagining, and reprogramming to help break down barriers preventing you from reaching your highest potential.

By treating your brain as a computer and mastering Hargrave’s mind hacking formula, you, too, can create a positive, permanent shift in your thinking, leading to personal and professional triumphs in all areas of life.”

John Tete says:

Hey Great Video, I am a newbie to programming just embarked on a quest to learn Html,CSS and python.I have encountered the inevitable frustrations of having errors pop up on the python shell and the ongoing challengers of setting up a python environment using django, postgresql and virtual environment.I am enjoying the learning experience however one thing which I was wondering is the level of complexity of programming there is so much information to learn even if you prioritise what you need to complete a project and I wanted to know if this is because of the hardware which has to translate source code to assembly language ,assembly code to machine code and finally machine code to binary or is it just programmers who love to create complex language because they like a challenge.

Bryan R. says:

John should write a book similar to this.

Paul Garcia says:

You need teach your camera how to focus

Nanuck Dogg says:

It’s crazy how much videos you produce! Keep up the good work!

Siepie74 says:

Sorry John, but for someone who always pushes himself it dissapoints me that you’re publishing videos while your camera is having focus problems. This is not just in this video. It’s really annoying to watch, I resolve to only listening.

Sharif Sourour says:

Looks like a great book! Thanks for the recommendation!

Chaitan Reddy says:

Mir Media says:

Have you considered seeing the doctor about checking you for titinus

2ivenhoe says:

you need a new camera, it can not focus.

Arkadiusz Buzalski says:

Do I have to worry about height level of programming language I use or do I have to just write code and don’t care about it? There are a lot opinion on internet which language is better and there are many arguments which says if it is lower or higher then it is better.
